Russian authorities are preparing a document to extend the ban on diesel fuel exports by producers for another month, until the end of October, an industry source said.

The document is currently undergoing the approval procedure, according to the source, The Caspian Post reports, citing TASS.

The ban on diesel exports by producers is currently in effect until the end of September. Meanwhile, Russia’s ban on gasoline and diesel fuel exports by non-producers remains in place until January 31, 2027.
