Magnitude 4.8 Earthquake Hits Caspian Sea

A magnitude 4.8 earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on Tuesday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, The Caspian Post reports.

The quake occurred at 08:32 local time at a depth of 70 km.
