Red Wings Launches Six New Direct Routes to Georgia's Batumi

Russian airline Red Wings Airlines has expanded its flight network to Georgia, launching direct services to the Black Sea resort city of Batumi from six additional Russian cities.

The new routes connect Batumi with Volgograd, Orenburg, Perm, Saratov, Tyumen, and Chelyabinsk, The Caspian Post reports via Business Georgia.

The expansion follows efforts to increase air connectivity between Russia and Georgia ahead of the busy summer travel season. Information released by the Russian Interests Section at the Swiss Embassy in Georgia indicates that the airline is significantly broadening its presence in the Georgian market.

With the addition of the new routes, Red Wings will operate flights to Georgia from a total of 15 Russian cities during the 2026 summer season, offering travelers more direct options to reach one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations.
