Some 22 people were injured in southern Iran after a bus veered off the road near the entrance to the city of Sadra.
The accident occurred on the morning of August 25, prompting the dispatch of emergency teams with five ambulances, which provided initial medical care to the injured passengers, The Caspian Post reports via Iranian media.
According to preliminary reports, 19 of the injured were transferred to Shahid Rajaei Hospital for further treatment, while three others were taken to Shahid Chamran Hospital in Shiraz.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the incident, and updates are expected as the inquiry progresses.
