Dozens of Israeli Air Force fighter jets targeted sites in the Iranian cities of Tehran, Shiraz, and Tabriz on Monday, according to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).
The jets dropped “dozens of munitions” on “command centers belonging to the Iranian regime’s security bodies” in Tehran, the IDF said in a statement Tuesday. Sites used to “store and launch UAV’s, ballistic missiles and air defences” were also struck, The Caspian Post reports, citing foreign media.
The IDF targeted the “internal security forces’ command center and a ballistic missile site” in Shiraz.
In Tabriz, “air defense systems were dismantled,” the IDF said.
