Iran and India Committed to Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Tehran and New Delhi are committed to bolstering their bilateral ties, according to Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson on January 8, The Caspian Post reports, citing Mehr news.

"Today, I met with Ambassador Rudra Gaurav Shresth of India and had a refreshing exchange on #Iran-#India's millennia-long history of cultural and civilizational interactions," Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei wrote on X on Wedneday.

"As we mark the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Iran-India diplomatic relations, we look forward to further strengthening bilateral ties based on mutual interests and our shared heritage."
