Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that it carried out a new round of missile strikes targeting central and northern Israel.

According to the IRGC, the missiles were launched as part of ongoing military operations amid escalating tensions in the region, The Caspian Post reports, citing Al Jazeera.

Local media said that explosions were heard in several areas as air raid sirens sounded across parts of central and northern Israel following the launches.
