Iran’s central military command has signaled that economic and financial centers linked to the US and Israel could become potential targets following a recent attack on a bank inside the country.

The statement came from the press service of the Iranian Armed Forces’ central headquarters Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, The Caspian Post reports via Iranian media.

In its message, the command said that what it described as an “illegal and unconventional step in the war” had opened the possibility of striking economic hubs and banks belonging to the US and Israel in the region.
