A tragic incident occurred in Armenia's capital Yerevan on September 10 after the body of a man was found under the Kiev Bridge.

Police received an emergency report at around 1 p.m. (GMT+4) about the discovery. Officers who arrived at the scene confirmed the information, according to news.am.

A criminal investigation has been launched into the incident. Preliminary findings indicate that the man may have jumped from the bridge.

The deceased was identified as 36-year-old Yaser J., a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
