A 19-year-old Iranian swimmer, Arnika Dabbagh, was killed by security forces during the ongoing nationwide protests in the northern city of Gorgan, sources said, The Caspian Post reports, citing Iran International.

Dabbagh, a student and accomplished competitive swimmer, had secured national titles in swimming competitions across Iran.
