Air Astana Passengers Safe After Emergency Landing in Delhi

Air Astana flight KC931 from Almaty to Bangkok has made an emergency landing in Delhi due to a technical issue.

The Airbus, carrying 138 passengers, departed Almaty at 01:00 a.m. (GMT+5) and safely landed in Delhi at 05:51 a.m., The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

All passengers have been provided with meals, temporary visas, and hotel accommodation while a reserve aircraft is being prepared to continue the journey to Bangkok.

For assistance, passengers can contact Air Astana’s WhatsApp hotline at +7 702 702 0074.

The airline noted that this follows another aviation incident earlier this week involving Air Astana flight KS-851, operating an Airbus A321N from Almaty to Astana.
