Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš has arrived in Kazakhstan for an official visit, where he was formally welcomed at the Akorda Presidential Palace in the capital.
The ceremonial reception took place as part of the high-level diplomatic program in Astana, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
During the visit, Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held talks with his Czech counterpart, focusing on strengthening political and economic cooperation between the two countries.
The visit comes alongside the Kazakh-Czech Business Forum, where the two sides signed six memorandums and commercial agreements covering key sectors of the economy, including industry, energy, and trade.
