Kazakh Leader Hails Trump’s Gaza Peace Deal as Remarkable Diplomatic Victory

Kazakh President Kassym‑Jomart Tokayev has formally congratulated US President Donald Trump on what he called a remarkable diplomatic victory following the newly brokered peace agreement in the Gaza Strip.

In his message, Tokayev praised Trump’s political resolve and his genuine commitment to fostering peace and harmony among nations, The Caspian Post informs via Kazakh media.

The congratulatory remarks were issued in the wake of a new phase of the Gaza ceasefire, under which the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has begun receiving groups of Israeli captives released by Hamas. The first stage of the agreement entered into force on October 10 at 12:00 local time (9:00 GMT).
