Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has concluded his official visit to the Kyrgyz Republic.
President Tokayev received a warm send-off at Manas International Airport from Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov, marking the end of a productive visit, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
The visit began with a tour of the Ata-Beyit memorial complex, a significant cultural and historical site. President Tokayev then held high-level talks with President Zhaparov and took part in the 7th session of the Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Supreme Interstate Council.
During the visit, both leaders addressed the media in a joint statement, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations. They also jointly inaugurated the “Golden Bridge of Friendship” monument in Bishkek, symbolizing the enduring bond between the two nations.
