Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree appointing Yelnur Beiisenbayev as Head of the Domestic Policy Department of the Presidential Administration.

The appointment marks a staff change within the administration as the government continues to update its leadership structure, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

Earlier, Raimbek Batalov was named External Advisor to the President of Kazakhstan, also by presidential decree.
