Kazakhstan and China Have Agreed to Exchange Border Crossing Forms

Kazakh and Chinese authorities have agreed to a weekly exchange of 6,000 border crossing permit forms, The Caspian Post reports citing the Zakon.kz.

According to the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an agreement has been reached with the Chinese side on the bilateral exchange of 6,000 permit forms on a weekly basis.

"For the past eight weeks, the Chinese side has been submitting the specified number of permit forms every Monday. The next batch of forms is expected to arrive on October 13, 2025," the statement reads.
