Most of Kazakhstan is set to experience fog, snow, and ice-slicks on December 8.

Astana: snow, snowstorms, and icy roads

Abai, Atyrau, East & West Kazakhstan: dense fog

Aktobe, Zhambyl, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Mangistau: icy roads

Almaty mountains, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Mangistau, Turkistan: heavy snow

Karaganda, Pavlodar, Ulytau: snow, ground blizzards, and ice-slicks

Authorities urge drivers and residents to take precautions as winter weather grips the country.
