Kazakhstan’s Air Astana has announced the suspension of its flights to Dubai through May 31.

This move is prompting travel adjustments for affected passengers, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

Passengers with cancelled flights can choose from several options:

Full ticket refund with no penalties

Free rebooking in the same travel class for flights departing until July 31

Route changes to other Air Astana destinations, with fare and airport tax differences applied

The airline is offering flexible solutions to minimize disruption, allowing travellers to either postpone or reroute their journeys within the extended travel window.

Passengers are advised to check their booking status and contact the airline for rebooking or refund processing as demand for alternative routes increases during the affected period.
