A tragic incident in Atyrau region, Kazakhstan, has claimed the lives of three people due to carbon monoxide poisoning.

The accident occurred in a residential home in the village of Tomarly, Atyrau city, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

Preliminary reports suggest that the poisoning was caused by improper use of a natural gas heating stove, resulting in the deaths of all three victims on the scene.
