A woman was detained in the Kazakh city of Almaty after throwing stones at a patrol vehicle and attempting to escape the scene, The Caspian Post reports, citing Orda.kz.

The city’s police department stated that the woman has been identified and charged with petty hooliganism.

Authorities noted that her actions appeared to be unprovoked.

As a result, emergency medical personnel were called to evaluate her emotional and psychological condition.
