Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz Leaders Exchange Top State Honors

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov have exchanged the countries’ highest state honors during a ceremony held on July 31.

President Japarov presented President Aliyev with the Order of Manas, First Class. In turn, President Aliyev awarded President Japarov the Order of Heydar Aliyev, one of Azerbaijan’s highest state decorations, Azertac reports.
