Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has arrived at the Yrys Ordo Congress Center in Bishkek to participate in the “SCO Plus” meeting.

The high-level gathering is being held in the capital of Kyrgyzstan as part of events surrounding the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Azertac reports.

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov welcomed President Aliyev, along with other heads of state and government attending the meeting.

Following the official welcome, the participating leaders gathered for a group photograph, marking the start of the SCO Plus event.
