Chinese investors have proposed building a technology park in Kyrgyzstan focused on the production of electrical appliances.

The project was presented during a meeting with the government by a delegation from Chinese company Minshan. The plan involves creating a low-carbon industrial tech park capable of producing household appliances and other electronics, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

“Kyrgyz authorities expressed interest in the initiative and confirmed their readiness to provide all necessary support to the investor,” the government said.
