Kyrgyzstan's Ambassador Nurlan Tokobaev held a meeting with Abdulmukhsin Salim Al-Fakan, Chairman of Kuwait Airways.
According to the diplomatic mission, during the meeting the parties discussed the possibility of opening direct flights between the Kyrgyz Republic and the State of Kuwait, The Caspian Post reports citing Kyrgyz media.
Ambassador Nurlan Tokobaev informed about the readiness and interest of the Kyrgyz side in developing this direction.
For his part, Abdulmukhsin Salim Al-Fakan noted the existence of plans to open this flight in the near future and expressed readiness to develop cooperation in the aviation sector.
At the end of the meeting, the ambassador officially invited Abdulmuhsin Salim Al-Fakan to participate in the Second Investment Forum in the format of “Central Asia - Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf”, which will be held on June 30 - July 1, 2025 in Bishkek.
