Kyrgyzstan’s Futsal Team Gears Up for AFC Asian Cup with Friendlies Against Georgia

Kyrgyzstan’s national futsal team is preparing for the 2026 AFC Futsal Asian Cup with a pair of friendly matches against Georgia.

The two matches are scheduled to take place in Tbilisi on October 18 and 20, providing valuable competitive experience as the team continues its training camp, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

The Kyrgyz squad is focusing on fine-tuning their skills ahead of the continental tournament, which will be hosted by Indonesia from January 27 to February 7, 2026. The competition will feature 16 teams divided into four groups, vying for the prestigious Asian title.

These upcoming friendlies mark a crucial step in Kyrgyzstan’s preparation as they aim to make a strong showing in the AFC Futsal Asian Cup.
