Kyrgyzstan Sees 20.5% Drop in Goods Import for December 2024

The import of goods to Kyrgyzstan decreased by 20.5% in December 2024 compared to December 2023, according to the National Statistics Committee.

The volume of imports amounted to $983.7 million, The Caspian Post reports citing Akipress.

The supply of goods from abroad increased by 6.5% compared to November 2024.

During the year, monthly import volumes began to decrease to a level below $1 billion.
