Kyrgyzstan Triples Coal Exports to China

According to the General Administration of Customs of China, Kyrgyzstan tripled its coal exports to China between January and November 2024, The Caspian Post reports citing Akipress.

127,500 tons of coal were exported in 11 months. This volume exceeds the figures for January-November 2023 by 81,000 tons. The largest export volumes (17,400 tons) in 2024 were in November. Coal prices ranged from $40 to $51 per ton.
