3,065 individual houses with a total area of ​​406,800 sq m were commissioned in Kyrgyzstan in January-April 2025, The Caspian Post reports according to the National Statistical Committee.

The volume of housing commissioning made 94.6% of the same period last year.

The highest activity in housing construction was observed in four regions: Jalal-Abad, Chui and Osh regions, as well as in the capital. These territories accounted for 72.8% of the total volume of individual housing commissioned.

A significant portion of new housing is being built in rural areas - 241,700 sq m, which is 59.4% of the total volume of icommissioning. This indicates the development of housing construction outside large cities and the improvement of housing conditions in the regions.
