Three Kyrgyz Athletes to Compete in Paris Judo Grand Slam

Kyrgyz judokas are set to compete in the 2026 Paris Grand Slam World Series Tournament.

The tournament will feature 311 athletes from 52 countries. Kyrgyzstan will be represented by Erbol Abasbekov (up to 66 kg), Erlan Sherov (up to 90 kg), and Emirkhan Zholdoshkaziev (over 100 kg), The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

The Judo Grand Slam series includes ten stages this year, with events scheduled in Tashkent, Tbilisi, Dushanbe, Astana, Lausanne, Ulaanbaatar, Budapest, Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, and Paris.
