"Brazil is a country that harmoniously combines modernity and natural wealth, offering innovative solutions to global challenges," Rollemberg stated.
In an interview with the Caspian Post, Rodrigo Rollemberg, Secretary of Green Economy of Brazil, shared insights into the country’s pioneering approach to sustainability and its aspirations for global collaboration. Speaking ahead of COP-30, Rollemberg emphasized Brazil's unique role as a global leader in green innovations and extended an invitation to the world to invest in its green future.
"Brazil is a country that harmoniously combines modernity and natural wealth, offering innovative solutions to global challenges," Rollemberg stated. He outlined the nation's efforts to foster sustainable agriculture, integrate it with livestock and forestry, and implement advanced technologies like direct seeding, intensive soil management, and biological innovations.
Rollemberg also highlighted Brazil’s advancements in low-carbon industries, such as the production of eco-friendly steel, aluminum, and cement. "These initiatives are not just about reducing emissions; they are about building a sustainable foundation for future generations," he noted during the interview.
With Brazil hosting COP-30, Rollemberg underscored the importance of international collaboration, particularly in the context of Brazil’s unparalleled biodiversity. "Our country is home to the greatest biodiversity on the planet, with vast biomass reserves and a clean energy matrix. This positions Brazil as a global leader in green energy and sustainable practices," he said.
He concluded by inviting global stakeholders to join Brazil’s efforts at COP-30. "We welcome you to COP-30 and invite you to invest in a future built on sustainable principles. Together, we can tackle the pressing challenges of climate change and create a better world."
