Emergency services responded promptly to the blaze, and no casualties have been reported.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported intercepting 103 drones during the night across Russian and occupied Ukrainian territories, with 40 of those detected over Crimea. Ukraine has yet to comment on the incident.
Located about 250 kilometers from Ukrainian-controlled territory, the Feodosia depot can store up to 250,000 tons of fuel. It serves as a vital logistical hub for Russian military operations, enabling the transfer of oil via rail, sea, and road.
According to Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi, ongoing Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil infrastructure have reduced Moscow’s oil processing capacity by 21 per cent, leading to fuel shortages in several Russian regions.
