Five Cars Fall Through Ice in Russia’s Amur Bay

Five cars have fallen through the ice in Amur Bay in Russia’s Primorsky Territory.

The incident occurred near the mouth of the Razdolnaya River, The Caspian Post reports via Russian media.

Three vehicles sank under the ice early in the morning, while a fourth car went under later in the day. A diver team was deployed to inspect the site.

Rescue officials confirmed that no casualties or injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Emergency services continue urging residents to avoid driving on ice-covered waters, warning that unstable ice poses a serious risk, especially during periods of fluctuating temperatures.
