Russia's Pulkovo Airport Faces Massive Flight Delays

At Pulkovo Airport in Russia's St. Petersburg city, more than 40 departures have been delayed and one canceled, while over 20 arrivals are also running late.

The delays are due to late arrivals of aircraft, not local weather conditions, The Caspian Post reports via Russian media.

Some flights are also waiting for improved weather in Kaliningrad.
