Russia has carried out a drone attack on Ukraine's Odesa, damaging an administrative building, high-rise apartments, and local energy infrastructure.
Emergency services rescued two residents trapped in separate apartments and handed them over to medical personnel, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.

The blasts also affected nearby cars and buildings. The Ukrainian State Emergency Service and Odesa Regional Military Administration are actively monitoring the situation and coordinating response efforts.
