Head of Ukraine's Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper has said that Russian drones again targeted Odesa, striking civilian areas and damaging two residential buildings, an equestrian club, and a gas station.
Despite active air defense, parts of local infrastructure were partially destroyed, with several fires quickly extinguished by emergency crews. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, The Caspian Post informs via Ukrainian media.
The attack followed earlier warnings from Ukraine’s Air Force, which tracked drones approaching from the Black Sea toward Chornomorsk.
This latest strike continues a troubling pattern for Odesa: over the past week, Russian drones have repeatedly targeted the region, damaging energy facilities, sparking fires, and causing temporary power outages across the city. Authorities continue working to stabilize the situation and protect residents, who so far have avoided serious injuries despite the ongoing assaults.
