Turkish Cabinet to Discuss Azerbaijan-Armenia Peace and Zangezur Corridor Opening

The agenda of today's meeting of the Turkish Cabinet, chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, includes discussions on the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process and the opening of the Zangezur Corridor.

According to Turkish media, the meeting will discuss the outcomes of the talks between the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia held in Washington, as well as the impact of the agreements signed between the parties on stability and commercial relations in the region, The Caspian Post reports.

The meeting will also exchange views on the "Terror-free Türkiyə" process for which a special commission has been established with the participation of deputies from leading political parties in the parliament.

Alongside domestic economic and social issues, the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers is set to discuss the situation in the region, including Syria.
