The Agency for Overseas Employment, operating under Tajikistan’s Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment, has partnered with Qatar-based company Jusour to launch a recruitment campaign for Tajik citizens seeking temporary employment in Qatar.
The initiative offers job opportunities across the automotive, hospitality, and service industries, targeting candidates with various skill levels and professional experience, The Caspian Post reports via Tajik media.
Monthly salaries range from 2,000 to 3,000 Qatari riyals (approximately $550 to $825), depending on the position and the candidate’s qualifications. Employers will provide accommodation, transportation, and health and life insurance. Workers completing 11 months of service are entitled to 21 days of paid annual leave, with a return ticket to Tajikistan provided after fulfilling a two-year contract.
Available roles in the automotive sector include car and heavy vehicle mechanics, auto electricians, engine specialists, air conditioning mechanics, tire specialists, and other technical positions. In the service sector, vacancies include housekeepers, waitstaff, bartenders, cashiers, hotel front desk employees, chefs, assistant cooks, dishwashers, and general helpers.
Applicants must be between 25 and 45 years old, possess basic conversational English skills, hold relevant educational qualifications such as a university degree or college diploma in automotive technologies or mechanical engineering, and have at least two years of experience in related fields.
