Tajikistan, Switzerland Explore Expanded Cooperation in Water and Energy

Tajik Minister of Energy and Water Resources, Daler Juma, has held talks this week with Denise Lüthi, Head of the Swiss Cooperation Office in Tajikistan, to discuss expanding collaboration on projects aimed at improving water resource management.

During the meeting, Lüthi reaffirmed Switzerland’s commitment to supporting existing initiatives and launching new projects to enhance Tajikistan’s energy potential and water supply systems, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

Both sides emphasized the importance of sustaining constructive dialogue and broadening cooperation to achieve their shared goals in sustainable development.

Earlier reports noted that Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are also preparing to strengthen their economic partnership, highlighting growing regional cooperation in Central Asia.
