Turkmenistan and Germany Assess Bilateral Relations

On January 14, Turkmenistan's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Gurbanov met with Germany's Ambassador Bernd Heinze, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, The Caspian Post reports citing foreign media.

The sides noted that relations between the two countries are currently developing on a systemic and long-term basis, based on a solid legal framework.

The diplomats emphasized the high level of interaction within the framework of international organizations, including the UN.

The importance of holding regular meetings between the foreign ministries of two countries was also emphasized.
