Turkmenistan Welcomes Youth for Day of Dialogue, Skills, and Ideas at YOUTHx Festival

Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat has hosted the YOUTHx Festival in celebration of International Youth Day, bringing together young people from across the capital for a day of learning, dialogue, and idea-sharing.

Organized with support from the EU Delegation to Turkmenistan in partnership with Creative Corner and Ynamly Kepil, the festival focused on empowering youth in the digital era, The Caspian Post informs via Turkmen media.

Participants took part in interactive workshops covering communication, leadership, public speaking, teamwork, goal-setting, digital etiquette, and decision-making.

A key highlight of the event was a youth initiative pitch session, where participants presented ideas on social issues ranging from environmental sustainability to inclusivity and received feedback from mentors and peers. The most active participants and authors of the most promising projects were awarded certificates.

The festival reflects the EU’s ongoing commitment to supporting youth and developing human capital in Turkmenistan, fostering inclusive platforms for dialogue, learning, and practical skill-building.
