Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov has arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral economic and investment cooperation.
The Azerbaijani government delegation landed at Tashkent Humo International Airport, where Asadov was welcomed by senior Uzbek and Azerbaijani officials, including Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan Huseyn Guliyev and Uzbek Deputy Prime Minister Achilbay Ramatov, The Caspian Post reports via Report.
During his visit, Asadov is expected to participate in the Tashkent International Investment Forum, one of Uzbekistan’s leading economic platforms that brings together government officials, international organizations, financial institutions, and business leaders from around the world.
The Azerbaijani prime minister is also scheduled to hold a series of meetings focused on expanding Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan cooperation in trade, investment, transport, industrial collaboration, and other strategic sectors.
