Chinese Company to Implement Development Projects in Uzbek Region

The Hokim of Uzbekistan's Navoi region, Normat Tursunov, met with the Chinese Holding Gansu Construction Investment representatives.

During a visit by the regional delegation to the People’s Republic of China, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the leadership of this construction and investment company, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uzbek media.

Based on a special invitation, company representatives have now arrived in Navoi region.

According to the regional administration, the meeting included discussions on significant construction and development projects in the region, participation in the construction of the New Navoi town, the development of modern and high-quality roads, and measures for desertification prevention and desert landscaping.
