Finland’s President Heads to Uzbekistan for Key Talks on Geopolitics and Partnership

Finnish President Alexander Stubb will visit Uzbekistan from October 30 to 31, 2025, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations, regional geopolitical developments, and their impacts across Europe and Central Asia.

On October 31, President Stubb will hold a high-level meeting with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in Tashkent, The Caspian Post informs via Uzbek media.

The leaders are also expected to exchange views on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.

In addition to diplomatic talks, President Stubb will engage with the business community at a dedicated seminar, deliver a keynote lecture at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, and consult with foreign policy experts.
