Uzbek Elevators Make European Debut with First Export to Estonia

Uzbekistan’s industrial sector has taken a major step onto the global stage as local manufacturer TEXNOPARK finalized its first elevator export to Estonia, marking the company’s entry into the European Union market.

The deal was secured with Estonian firm Ecomingrad, following TEXNOPARK’s successful certification under the CE marking system, which verifies compliance with the EU’s strict safety and quality standards. The certification was awarded just six months prior to the contract signing, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

“This is a landmark achievement - entering the European market shows that Uzbek engineering and production quality can stand alongside global leaders,” said a representative of TEXNOPARK. “It’s the result of years of systematic work and strong support from our partners.”

Engineering Excellence Captures European Attention

Interest from European partners surged after a delegation from the EU toured TEXNOPARK’s facilities. The company’s elevators impressed with their innovative design, energy efficiency, and high safety standards - ultimately leading to the first confirmed order from an EU member state.

The Estonian shipment will serve as a springboard for broader expansion into European markets, where demand for modern, efficient, and affordable elevator systems continues growing.

Lithuania Showroom to Strengthen Regional Presence

Looking ahead, TEXNOPARK is preparing to open a dedicated showroom in Lithuania, in collaboration with Akfa Build. The space will function as both a product demonstration center and a regional base for engaging European developers, architects, and construction firms.

The move reflects Uzbekistan’s broader push to diversify its export base and position its high-tech manufacturing sector as a serious player in international markets.

As TEXNOPARK breaks new ground in Europe, it sets a strong precedent for other Uzbek companies looking to expand beyond Central Asia - signaling a new era for “Made in Uzbekistan” innovation.
