Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on Monday departed for Hungary on an official visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
During the visit, high-level talks are scheduled to take place in Budapest, along with meetings with Hungarian officials and heads of leading companies, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uzbek media.
The agenda includes discussions on key issues aimed at further expanding practical cooperation and strategic partnership between the two countries.
Mirziyoyev is also set to participate in the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States.
