Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov and EU Commissioner Jozef Síkela have discussed an increase in the number of joint projects in trade and the green transition.
“Glad to welcome H.E. Jozef Síkela, European Commissioner for International Partnerships, in Tashkent,” The Caspian Post reports via Saidov’s message on X.
“We discussed the dynamic development of Uzbekistan-EU cooperation, emphasizing our shared commitment to expanding mutually beneficial projects in trade, green transition, digitalization, connectivity, and human capital development. We expressed readiness to further strengthen our strategic dialogue, deepen practical cooperation, and jointly advance sustainable development initiatives contributing to stability and prosperity across our regions,” the minister added.
