Uzbekistan has experienced a notable increase in waffle production during the first half of 2025, with large enterprises producing 7,872 tons.

This marks a rise of 2,222 tons, or 39.3 per cent, compared to the same period last year, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uzbek media.

Production has steadily grown over recent years: 2,612 tons were produced in the first half of 2023, increasing to 5,650 tons in 2024, and reaching 7,872 tons in 2025.
