Uzbekistan Stuns at Boxing World Cup, Grabs 13 Medals in India

Uzbekistan’s national boxing team delivered an impressive performance at the final stage of the Boxing World Cup in India, winning a total of 13 medals - 4 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze.

The strong results secured Uzbekistan second place overall, finishing just behind the host country, The Caspian Post informs via Uzbek media.

Gold medals were earned by:

Asilbek Jalilov (50 kg)

Samandar Olimov (55 kg)

Javokhir Abdurakhimov (75 kg)

Khalimjon Mamasoliev (+90 kg)

Silver medals went to:

Jasurbek Yuldoshev (85 kg), Nusratbek Tokhirov (90 kg), Farzona Fazilova (48 kg), Aziza Zokirova (70 kg), and Oltinoy Sotimboeva (+81 kg).

Bronze medalists included:

Dilshod Abdumurodov (60 kg), Adkhamjon Mukhiddinov (65 kg), Muhammadzizbek Ismoilov (70 kg), and Gulsevar Ganieva (51 kg).
