Uzbekistan and Türkiye have strengthened their diplomatic ties with the signing of a new Action Plan between their foreign ministries for 2026-2027.
The agreement was signed in Ankara by Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov and Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
“We signed the Action Plan between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Türkiye for 2026-2027,” Saidov announced on his Telegram channel.
The document is designed to serve as a roadmap for intensive bilateral cooperation, creating favorable conditions for the peoples of both countries and further deepening ties across political, economic, and cultural spheres.
