Uzbekistan, US Accelerate Strategic Partnership with Focus on Trade, Education, and Innovation

Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov has met with US Special Envoy for South and Central Asia Sergio Gor and First Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau to discuss the growing momentum in Uzbekistan-US relations, highlighting notable progress in trade, investment, education, and innovation.

The discussions centered on ensuring the full and timely implementation of agreements reached at the presidential level, as well as preparing for upcoming high-level engagements, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

Saidov emphasized that both countries are committed to using every opportunity to deepen their strategic partnership and promote sustainable development across Central Asia.
